Job summary

Medical Update Online is seeking a Team Leader for a specialist supported living service in Woodsetton, Dudley. You will lead a team of Senior Support Workers and Support Workers, oversee day-to-day operations and support regulatory compliance.

The role requires PBS experience, and drivers with access to a vehicle are preferred as the service covers multiple sites. You will develop person-centred support plans and supervise staff through induction, training and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of support workers in a care setting.
• Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) experience is essential.
• Strong understanding of person-centred care and regulatory requirements.
• Experience working with adults with learning disabilities and/or autism.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day running of the service and high-quality care.
• Lead induction, training, supervision and performance development for staff.
• Support achievement of KPIs and quality assurance frameworks.
