Job summary

Olive Recruit is recruiting for a Team Leader in Worcester to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple sites, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care for adults with complex needs.

You will lead the team of Senior Support Workers and Support Workers, drive regulatory compliance, and report to the Locality Manager as needed. Experience in PBS and supervising staff is essential, with a preference for drivers who have access to a vehicle.

Qualifications

• Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) experience is essential.
• Experience working with adults with learning disabilities and/or autism.
• Experience supervising a team and delivering high-quality, enabling care.

Responsibilities

• Individuals have detailed, person-centred support plans and wellbeing is promoted.
• Develop flexible activity plans and monitor meetings and reviews.
• Assist individuals with budgeting, benefits and financial planning.
• Support with medication management and adherence to the Mental Capacity Act.
