Frontier Consulting is seeking a Team Leader for a specialist supported living service in Dudley. You will supervise a team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care and lead on regulatory compliance across multiple sites.
The role requires Positive Behaviour Support experience and, where possible, a driver with access to a vehicle to support community activities and transport needs.

This is a specialist supported living service in Dudley consisting of 3 flats, providing support for adults with learning disabilities and/or autism. They support individuals to achieve their personal goals and reach their full potential and to live wonderfully normal lives in the community and their own home.
The individuals they support include Martin. He loves to take regular trips to the local duck pond and loves to put his culinary skills to the test when baking! Other individuals they support love to take part in activities such as trips to the seaside, arts and crafts, celebrating birthdays with parties and cake and they love going pumpkin picking in October. They're also partial to a Pizza Hut order!
Every day is an adventure, where you will be supporting individuals with complex needs to have a life as independent as possible, creating memories and fulfilling dreams.
As a Team Leader, you will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our service, providing support to staff and delivering high-quality, enabling care to those we support. You will assist the deputy manager in ensuring regulatory compliance. You won't be alone in this; you'll lead a team of Senior Support Workers and Support Workers, with additional support from other departments and your Locality Manager will also be on hand to support you.
This job role covers multiple sites and Positive Behaviour Support Experience is necessary. Drivers with access to a vehicle is preferred
