Job summary

Frontier Consulting is seeking a Team Leader for a specialist supported living service in Dudley. You will supervise a team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care and lead on regulatory compliance across multiple sites.

The role requires Positive Behaviour Support experience and, where possible, a driver with access to a vehicle to support community activities and transport needs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading care staff in supported living.
• Positive Behaviour Support experience required.
• Driver with access to a vehicle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure individual outcome and well-being with detailed support plans.
• Develop flexible activity plans and coordinate meetings.
• Assist individuals with budgeting and benefits through support plans.
• Support self-administration of medication and ensure Mental Capacity Act compliance.
• Oversee health and safety and adapt environments to individual needs.
• Recruit and develop staff, conduct inductions and supervision; drive KPIs and QA.
