Job summary

Medical Update Online is recruiting for a Team Leader to oversee a Worcester-based care service supporting four young adults transitioning from residential college to their new home. You will lead Senior Support Workers and Support Workers, ensuring person-centred care, compliance, and strong performance across sites.

You will work with the Locality Manager and other departments to maintain service quality, drive improvements, and support a team dedicated to compassionate, individual outcomes.

Qualifications

• PBS experience with adults with learning disabilities/autism.
• Experience supervising and supporting a team.
• Strong understanding of person-centred plans and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day running of the service and support staff.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with the deputy manager.
• Develop activity plans and oversee risk assessments.
