Job summary

Creative Support Limited in the Dudley area seeks an enthusiastic Team Leader to guide four ladies living in a bungalow with a garden. You will lead a dedicated staff team to deliver person-centred support that promotes dignity, independence and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating personalised support – Lead the delivery of care for four ladies living together in a bungalow with a garden, guiding daily activities, meals, mobility and personal care.
• Inspiring and supporting your team – Supervise, coach and motivate staff, volunteers and students to deliver compassionate, high-quality care, with clear direction and ongoing development.
• Championing safeguarding – Ensure safeguarding measures are in place to protect the ladies, upholding policies and promoting vigilance and accountability.
• Building strong partnerships – Maintain positive, professional relationships with families, health professionals and partner agencies, ensuring open communication.
• Nurturing relationships – Develop meaningful, trusting relationships with each of the ladies, respecting personality, culture and interests, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.
