Qualifications

• Experience as Team Leader in residential or supported living settings.

Responsibilities

• Individual Outcome and Well-being: Ensure each individual has a detailed, person-centered support plan.
• Activity Planning: Develop flexible activity plans for development and engagement.
• Financial Support: Assist individuals in budgeting and benefits through support plans.
• Medication Management: Support self-administration and reviews in line with regulations.
• Accommodation and Environment: Ensure safe, accessible environments and risk assessments.
• Leadership and Team Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and run regular team meetings.
