Job summary

Coburg Banks Limited is recruiting a Team Leader for a supported living service in Southend, supporting individuals with a range of needs to live as independently and fulfilingly as possible.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Support Worker or Team Leader who is passionate about person-centred care and ready to take on greater responsibility, overseeing day-to-day operations and guiding the care team to deliver safe, high-quality support.

You'll help oversee the day-to-day running of the service, supporting and guiding the care team while ensuring individuals receive safe, consistent and high-quality support.
