Job description

Part-time permament opportunity - 30 hours a week with the option to take on 1 x keyworker shift per week at hourly rate of £13.85.

Paying £24,400 per annum (FTE = £30,500, which includes London weighting)

Working hours = working 30 hours per week Monday to Sunday on a rota basis. This role includes evening, weekend and bank holiday working.

Servol Community Services is an established charity which provides high quality accommodation & support for adults living with mental ill health and complex conditions.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Team Leader to join our new supported living service in the London Borough of Sutton. As Team Leader you will work alongside your team and undertake support sessions for our service users using a trauma informed approach. You will also act as Deputy to the Service Manager and provide management cover in their absence. The successful candidate will also be responsible for leading our team to provide the highest standards of care, compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements, and the overall performance of services within their area. Our current services are not CQC registered.

Servol recognises the importance of lived experience when working with service users with complex needs and welcome applications from individuals who have first-hand experience of mental ill health.

This role is not remote working, and we need someone who can be on the ground to support their team.

There will be an option to work additional hours as a support worker which will be paid at the hourly support worker rate of £13.85

Essential skills/knowledge/qualifications for this role:

- Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care or related subject.

- Proven experience of leading a team & managing/monitoring performance.

- Previous experience of delivering support services for vulnerable adults including undertaking needs and risk assessments.

- Proven experience of working with adults with comorbidities, including enduring mental health issues, Asperges, autism and drug/alcohol addictions.

- Good verbal and written skills and ability to convey information clearly, including report writing.
