You will develop and deliver dynamic learning programmes in Health and Social Care, employing diverse teaching strategies to cater to learners of varying abilities. The role involves planning and delivering courses in a group setting, ensuring engagement and learning outcomes.

Person Specification
  • Experience in teaching or relevant industry experience with a record of outstanding teaching and learning.
  • Ability to inspire and engage students, with a passion for education.
  • Organisational skills and ability to meet targets and manage time effectively.
  • Degree level education or relevant occupational qualification.
  • Relevant teaching qualification or willingness to obtain one.
  • Maths and English at A*-C levels.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Support course promotion, recruitment, and enrolment.
  • Assess students effectively to meet their individual needs.
  • Maintain a safe learning environment, promoting safety awareness.
  • Promote British values such as democracy, rule of law, and respect for diversity.
