Job summary

Rank Group is seeking a proactive Slots Team Leader to drive a brilliant customer experience on the slots floor. You will lead from the front, brief and rota the team, manage breaks, and keep the service flowing while maintaining a focus on safer gambling interactions.

Full training will be provided; you will work toward completing the Duty Manager assessment within six months and develop in leadership across the venue.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in hospitality/retail/leisure.
• Strong customer-first mindset.
• Willing to complete Duty Manager assessment within six months.

Responsibilities

• Lead area on shift, brief team and set rota within your zone.
• Coordinate breaks and keep service moving; escalate issues when needed.
• Drive service excellence and hit shift KPIs (speed, cleanliness, CSAT).
• Coach team in the moment and provide practical feedback.
• Ensure safety and compliance checks are completed.

Could you lead our Slots team to the next level?

We're looking for an energetic, hardworking and motivated Slots Team Leader who has a real passion for customers and delivering results. You'll take ownership of the customer experience within slots, motivate the team to deliver brilliant service and use KPIs to identify opportunities to improve performance.

You'll also play an important role in delivering confident and appropriate safer gambling interactions, ensuring that looking after our customers remains at the heart of everything we do.

Full training and support will be provided, and as part of your development you'll be expected to learn all aspects of the venue, building the knowledge and confidence needed to successfully lead sessions. You'll be required to successfully complete our Duty Manager assessment within your first six months, so we're looking for someone who is keen to learn, ready to take on responsibility and motivated to develop their leadership skills.
