Job summary

Mecca is seeking a Team Leader to run a venue area on shift, brief the team, and manage rosters to deliver a brilliant guest experience across bingo, slots and food service.

You will drive frontline leadership, monitor KPIs, coordinate breaks, and coach colleagues while upholding safety and operational standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Frontline leadership: brief, position, and motivate your team during live service.
• Service excellence: hit on shift KPIs (customer satisfaction, speed of service).
• Operational flow: ensure right people in right place and manage breaks.
• Coaching in the moment: provide immediate, practical feedback.
• Safety & compliance: perform checks and ensure standards.

As a Team Leader, you’ll run your area on shift, setting the pace and standards so every guest has a brilliant experience. You’ll brief the team, rota within your zone, coordinate breaks, and keep service moving - escalating issues when needed.
