Mecca is look­ing for an energetic Team Leader to run a busy shift, brief and rota a small team, and ensure every guest has a brilliant experience. You’ll coordinate breaks, keep service moving and escalate issues as needed.

We value strong people skills, energy, and hospitality experience. You’ll lead service standards, drive customer satisfaction, and contribute to a supportive, high‑performing venue culture.

As a Team Leader, you’ll run your area on shift, setting the pace and standards so every guest has a brilliant experience. You’ll brief the team, rota within your zone, coordinate breaks, and keep service moving - escalating issues when needed.

Your Impact
