Job summary

The Rank Group plc is seeking a Team Leader for Mecca venues in the United Kingdom. You will lead the shift, brief and motivate the team, and ensure high standards of guest service while managing breaks and rota changes.

You will drive on-shift KPIs such as customer satisfaction and speed of service, coaching team members, and maintaining safety and compliance throughout your area.

• Organised, proactive, and calm in a fast paced environment.
• Experience guiding a team in hospitality/retail/leisure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the area on shift, briefing the team and managing breaks.

• Coordinate staff, shifts, and service flow during busy periods.
• Provide coaching and immediate, practical feedback to team.
• Ensure safety and compliance checks are completed.

Lead the fun, deliver the service.

As a Team Leader, you’ll run your area on shift, setting the pace and standards so every guest has a brilliant experience. You’ll brief the team, rota within your zone, coordinate breaks, and keep service moving - escalating issues when needed.

Your Impact

• Front line leadership: brief, position, and motivate your team during live service.
• Service excellence: hit on shift KPIs (customer satisfaction, speed of service, cleanliness).
• Operational flow: ensure the right people, right place, right time; manage breaks and micro rota changes.
