A social welfare organization in Bristol seeks a Part Time Team Leader to manage and motivate Frontline Practitioners supporting adult male ex-offenders. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with contractual deliverables and co-designing innovative service provisions while actively promoting the organization's values. Job Description
This post presents an exciting opportunity to become a Part Time Team Leader (19 hours pw) within our Personal Wellbeing service. Commissioned by HMPPS these services are focused on supporting adult male ex-offenders across the following pathways:

Your role is to provide line management and motivate a team of Frontline Practitioners to achieve our Business Plan objectives to: innovate, revitalise and reform the delivery of Justice Services.
This role will involve working in close partnership with delivery partners, HMPPS, Voluntary Sector and other Criminal Justice organisations to promote and deliver our services and achieve the required outputs and outcomes.
You will be responsible for ensuring all services are mobilised in accordance with contractual deadlines, service deliverables are contractually compliant and meet Catch22’s reporting mechanisms. Furthermore, you will take a pivotal role co‑designing innovative and engaging service provisions to ensure best practice and leading‑edge services are available to all service users.
You will be accountable for creating an environment in which staff are engaged and empowered to achieve greater impact and understand the strategic vision of Catch22. You will proactively promote the values, aims and objectives of Catch22 and show understanding and commitment to the needs of service users and their local communities and how Catch22 Justice services can most effectively address these needs.
Relevant qualification in an area such as Criminal Justice, Criminology, Social Care, Mental Health, Family Services, Emotional Wellbeing, Social Inclusion, or a related field
Evidence of ongoing Continuous Professional Development (CPD)
Management or leadership qualification, or demonstrable equivalent experience
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, with willingness to travel across delivery sites
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
Training or experience using Justice IT systems (e.g. OASys, Delius, P‑Nomis)
Experience of budget management and contract compliance

Additional Requirements: Successful post-holders will need to have a full UK Driving License and access to a personal vehicle for work purposes. The NPPV (non‑police personnel vetting) check also requires that the post-holder has lived in the UK for the past 3 years with a few exceptions.
