Job summary

Lifeways is hiring a Care Team Leader in Milton Keynes. You will lead a team of Support Workers to deliver person-centred care and ensure that the people we support live fulfilling, independent lives.

This role requires a Full UK Driving Licence and involves recruitment, training, and supervision, with varied shifts from 7am to 10pm across 7 days. Competitive rewards and benefits apply.
