Lifeways Group in Cobham, Surrey, is creating a brand-new team and seeks dedicated Team Leaders to shape culture from day one.

You will support adults with learning disabilities in a 24/7 care setting, lead a care team, and drive person-centred care with comprehensive training provided.

Qualifications

Help Build a New Service

We're building a brand-new team in Cobham and are looking for people who want to shape the culture from day one. There is easy access from Byfleet, West Byfleet, Addlestone, Weybridge, Leatherhead and Woking.

Pay Rate: £15.05ph

Location: Cobham, Surrey

Contract: Full Time - 37.5hrs

Shift Pattern: Monday-Sunday, working alternate weekends

Shifts between: 07.00 - 22:00

We’re Looking For People Who

• Have experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, or Healthcare Assistant
• Hold a full UK Driving Licence - you'll be driving company automatic vehicles
• Are committed to providing person-centred care with empathy and respect
