Job summary

Lifeways Group is hiring a Care Team Leader in Hatfield to lead and motivate a team of Support Workers, delivering person-centred care and helping people supported live independent lives. You’ll be involved in recruitment, training and supervision, and will communicate effectively with families and professionals while maintaining accurate records.
