Job summary

Lifeways Group in Cobham, Surrey, is creating a brand-new care team and seeks caring Team Leaders to shape the culture from day one. This full-time role (37.5 hours) offers shift patterns Mon–Sun with alternate weekends and a pay rate of £13.90 per hour.

You will support adults with learning disabilities in a 24/7 setting, driving company vehicles and delivering person-centred care with empathy and respect.

Qualifications

• Experience as Care Assistant, Support Worker, or Healthcare Assistant is desirable.
• Full UK Driving Licence required for driving company vehicles.
• Commitment to person-centred care with empathy and respect.

We're building a brand-new team in Cobham and are looking for people who want to shape the culture from day one. There is easy access from Byfleet, West Byfleet, Addlestone, Weybridge, Leatherhead and Woking.

Pay Rate: £13.90ph

Location: Cobham, Surrey

Contract: Full Time - 37.5hrs

Shift Pattern: Monday–Sunday, working alternate weekends

Shifts between: 07.00 - 22:00

• Have experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, or Healthcare Assistant
• Hold a full UK Driving Licence – you’ll be driving company automatic vehicles
• Are committed to providing person-centred care with empathy and respect
