Lifeways Group in Poole is seeking a Care Team Leader to guide a dedicated team and help people living with learning difficulties and complex needs. This full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week and a rate of £14.15 per hour, with a clear path for development within a long-standing service.

What We’re Looking For

• A full UK Driving Licence (you’ll be driving our company cars)
• Ideally, experience as a Care Team Leader or Senior Support Worker with an NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care
• Or, a committed Care Assistant/Carer with a strong track record and the drive to step up—we’ll support your growth every step of the way
