SSP is seeking a Retail Team Leader to join the M&S outlet at Gatwick Airport North Terminal. You will open, close and run daily operations, leading a busy team during shifts from early morning to late evening.

You’ll motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service, resolve on-the-spot issues and monitor performance to drive improvements. Previous team leadership in hospitality or retail is ideal and you must be 18 or over for certain tasks.

RETAIL TEAM LEADER - M&S Gatwick Airport North Terminal

Pay Rate: £14.25 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn anextra £1.50 per hourfor hours worked between midnight and 6 am, bringing your rate of pay to £15.75 per hour.

Shift Pattern: Full-Time (30+hrs). Shifts between 6:30am - 11:30pm, any 5 shifts out of 7. Working flexiblyacross weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.
