As a Team Leader in our M&S Ealing Broadway store, you’ll lead and inspire your team to provide exceptional customer service and create a working environment that supports colleagues' development and achievement. What being a Team Leader involves:

  • Playing a key role in the in-store Management Team, helping our people be their best and driving sales, commerciality, and service standards.
  • Fostering a culture of learning, support, and recognition—identifying opportunities for personal and product knowledge development in an environment where everyone feels valued and welcome.
  • Maintaining pride within the store to ensure colleagues and customer facilities are of high standard, and operations are safe and legal.

What our Store Leadership Team looks for:

  • Experience as a current Team Leader (or equivalent) in a fast-paced food retailer or similar environment.
  • Proactive leadership, including hands-on support on the shop floor.
  • Proven ability to develop people, fostering a supportive, productive, and inclusive environment.
  • Ability to energize, influence, and motivate teams to deliver outstanding service and performance.
  • Strong organizational skills, proactive approach, and ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced retail setting.
