£27,700 per annum - 40 hours per week

Location: Reading Services, M4 eastbound, Burghfield, Reading RG30 3UQ

About the Role

As a Supervisor, you will support the store manager and be empowered to run the unit like it’s yours. Your role is to lead enthusiastically and represent the brand, delivering high-quality food and exceptional service to enhance the UK’s rest stop experience.

Responsibilities
  • Lead teams to achieve brand standards and customer service excellence

  • Manage stock counts and orders
  • Set targets with the Store Manager
  • Coach and provide feedback to team members
  • Respond to customer feedback promptly
Candidate Profile
  • Experience in team supervision or leadership (desirable)

  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
