At KFH we are looking for a Regional Team Leader to join our Lettings Management team in Wimbledon.

Role

As a Regional Team Leader, you’ll lead a team of property managers to ensure the properties under their care meet all legal and contractual obligations while delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Manage team performance through regular reviews and coaching
  • Oversee compliance, inspections, and maintenance authorisations
  • Support with complaints, SARs, and high-value works
  • Drive KPI achievement and motivate your team to exceed targets
  • Collaborate across departments to implement new processes and initiatives
