Job summary

We Are Swim is seeking an engaging Team Leader to supervise safety of our learn-to-swim provision at King David School. You will oversee the pool, support the teaching team, and help deliver a premium customer experience.

This role offers weekday evening and weekend hours with full training and progression opportunities toward swimming teaching qualifications for children, babies and adults within a growing company.

Responsibilities

• Provide lifeguard duties for learn to swim lessons for 3-11 year olds, ranging from non-swimmers to competent swimmers.
• Plan, deliver and review high quality, themed learn to swim lessons to 3-11 years.
• Deliver exceptional customer care to every swimmer and family member in and out of the water.
• Ensure the safe provision of all equipment usage, storage, cleaning and maintenance.
• Complete and record health and safety checks as assigned daily/weekly/monthly by the swim@ manager.
• Maintain the facility to a high standard, keeping it clean and safe for all users.
• Demonstrate a commitment to personal development through training and feedback on performance.
• Be a positive role model for young people and help swimmers reach their potential.
• Drive memberships and assist with driving the swim@ experience and team training to uphold high standards.
