swim! is seeking an enthusiastic Swimming Teacher to deliver fun, safe lessons for children aged 3–11. You will inspire confidence, celebrate progress, and ensure every session is engaging, safe, and memorable for swimmers and their families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver themed, structured swimming lessons for ages 3–11 from beginners to competent swimmers.
• Maintain a modern, engaging teaching style and bring your best self to each class.
• Provide outstanding customer care, welcome families, engage with parents, and keep swimmers supported.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment for all swimmers.
• Use digital systems to track progress, celebrate milestones, and communicate results.
• Communicate confidently with parents/guardians to keep them informed and involved.
• Attend staff training, team meetings, and development sessions to maintain excellence.
