Job summary

Moto is seeking a Supervisor at the Hilton Park Services location near Wolverhampton. The role involves leading shifts, upholding safety and quality standards, and acting as a brand ambassador to deliver exceptional service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.

You will be the strong right hand to the Store Manager, driving a positive culture, and supporting the team in busy periods. The position offers growth opportunities within the Costa/Moto network and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading or supervising teams ideally within retail, hospitality, catering, or customer service.
• Passion for delivering a memorable customer experience.
• Great communication skills and be comfortable making decisions.
• Ability to work on own initiative and make reasoned decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with confidence, ensuring smooth operations during busy trading periods.
• Create a positive, high-energy culture where colleagues feel valued, supported, and empowered.
• Maintain outstanding food safety, health & safety, and compliance standards at all times.
• Monitor performance through key metrics and take action to drive continuous improvement.
• Act as a role model for Costa's values, service standards, and ways of working.
