Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Team Leader to guide the shift, ensuring the team has what they need and customers stay happy. You’ll lead by example, maintain high standards and support a busy service in our pubs.

As a Team Leader, you’ll deputise for management, organise the team, and ensure the bar operates smoothly, legally and safely, while delivering great service and a warm welcome to every customer.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
