Job summary

Bleckmann Solutions UK Ltd is hiring for a permanent, full-time role to manage an assigned floor or area within the warehouse, overseeing operations, staff, and client relationships. This shift-based position runs Monday to Friday from 16:00 to 00:00, with flexibility required during peak periods.

The salary ranges from £28,000 to £33,000 plus an additional shift allowance, reflecting skills and experience.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience, preferably in logistics, retail, or e-commerce.
• Experienced in managing teams.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems such as JDA.
• Communicates respectfully and inspires team engagement.
• Automation experience highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff and workflow in a designated area.
• Ensure safe working practices are followed.
• Support team development through coaching and feedback.
• Assist with performance management, disciplinary procedures, and absence management in line with company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement and support ad hoc projects.
• Be accountable for team performance against KPIs, including productivity, accuracy, and service levels.
