Job summary

Rooftop Housing Group is recruiting a Team Leader - Housing with Care in Evesham, with travel across Worcestershire and Gloucestershire. You will lead and develop a team of Housing with Care Officers to deliver high-quality, person-centred support that promotes independence and wellbeing.

You will monitor performance, manage customer and neighbour complaints, and work with partners to achieve positive outcomes while ensuring safeguarding, contractual compliance and strong governance.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/Level 2 or above.
• Experience of leading, managing and motivating a team.
• Experience of working with vulnerable people.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of Housing with Care Officers.
• Ensure customers receive high-quality, person-centred support that promotes independence and wellbeing.
• Monitor service performance and customer outcomes, implementing improvements where needed.
• Support the management of customer and neighbour complaints effectively and professionally.
• Work closely with local authorities, health professionals and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes for customers.
• Support tenancy sustainment, income collection, void management and customer moves where appropriate.
• Ensure contractual requirements, regulatory standards and safeguarding responsibilities are met.
• Use data, customer feedback and performance information to identify opportunities.
• Participate in the on-call rota and provide leadership support when required.
