Job summary

The Housing Network in Leicester is seeking an experienced Team Leader to join during an exciting growth phase. You will lead a team of support professionals to deliver high-quality, person-centred services for residents facing complex needs, including homelessness.

With 40 hours per week and a salary of £33,500 per annum, you will supervise day-to-day operations, provide coaching, manage safeguarding and risk, and work with local authorities to maximise outcomes for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of support professionals.
• Experience supporting vulnerable people, including homelessness or mental health challenges.
• Commitment to trauma-informed approaches.
• Ability to manage safeguarding, risk, and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support a team of professionals to deliver high-quality, person-centred services.
• Provide day-to-day supervision, coaching and performance support for team members.
• Ensure residents receive strengths-based and trauma-informed support that promotes independence and positive outcomes.
• Maintain oversight of safeguarding concerns, risk management and service quality.
• Manage a small caseload of residents with complex needs and support their journey to greater independence.
• Support tenancy sustainment through housing management, rent advice, and move-on planning.
• Build relationships with local authorities and external partners to maximise outcomes for residents.
• Support contract performance and achievement of service objectives.
