Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Team Leader to guide a busy pub team, ensuring each shift runs smoothly and customers enjoy a memorable experience. You will support the management team, supervise service standards, and help maintain safety and compliance on site.

Qualifications

Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on accurate pouring and standards.
Proven ability to lead a team and motivate colleagues during busy periods.

Clear spoken and written English, able to follow allergen controls and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience at every visit.
Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
Help organise and coordinate the team during busy shifts to keep service smooth.
Ensure the bar is safe, legal, clean, and issues are handled promptly and safely.
