We have an exciting opportunity for a registered Pharmacy Technician with Hospital Pharmacy experience and a keen interest in utilising technology in the provision of Pharmacy Services.
You will be responsible for managing the ward Topping Up service and the receipt and supply functions of the Distribution area. The post holder must be able to develop the service in line with best practice. This is an opportunity to develop line management experience as you will be responsible for the recruitment and development of a team of assistants.
We are looking for an experienced Pharmacy Technician to become the “Trouble-shooter” for the Omnicell Intelligent Storage system and Pharmacy Robot. Experience would be a benefit but not essential.
Applicants must have the NVQ Pharmacy Services Level 3 qualification (or equivalent), BTEC or equivalent certificate, and be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
