Our Warehouse teams are the heartbeat of Smiths News. To ensure our warehouse departments run smoothly, our Team Leaders play a key part in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and productivity across their departments and warehouses.
As our Operations Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for planning and resourcing the warehouse operation to ensure pack accuracy of our products and efficient management of products in the department. You will supervise Warehouse Operatives, providing training and coaching, and working with Management teams to identify training needs and potential risks in our operation. You will also ensure high standards of health and safety, compliance with company policy, and transport legislation are maintained at all times.
