Job summary

Compass Group UK is recruiting a dedicated Team Leader to help ensure smooth operations at a major High Street brand. This part-time role is contracted to 20 hours per week, with opportunities to develop your career in a company that rewards effort.

You will supervise frontline teams, create rotas, assist with stock and bookwork, and uphold Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards. A can-do attitude and strong customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supervising frontline teams in a similar environment.

• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.

• Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly
• Supervising a team and creating a positive environment where the team feel welcomed and supported
• Being a responsible key holder
• Assisting with weekly bookwork and any other duties that are necessary
• Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines
• Placing orders for stock to maintain the correct stock levels
• Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team are proactive at all times
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Team Leader to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in a major High Street brand on a part time basis, contracted to 20 hours per week.
