Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is seeking a part-time Team Leader (20 hours per week) to ensure smooth operations in a major High Street brand. You will supervise a team, manage rotas, stock, and daily bookwork, while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly.
• Supervise the team and maintain a positive environment where staff feel welcomed and supported.
• Act as a responsible key holder.
• Assist with weekly bookwork and other duties as necessary.
• Produce weekly rotas following manager's guidelines.
• Place orders for stock to maintain correct levels.
• Delegate tasks and keep the team proactive.
• Ensure compliance with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.

Job description

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Team Leader to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in a major High Street brand on a part time basis, contracted to 20 hours per week.

Your Key Responsibilities May Include

• Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly
• Supervising a team, creating a positive environment where the team feel welcomed and supported

• Assisting with weekly bookwork and any other duties that are necessary
• Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines
• Placing orders for stock to maintain the correct stock levels
• Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team are proactive at all times

• Complying with Health & Safety regulations
