Job summary

CH&CO, a part of Compass Group UK&I, is hiring a dedicated Team Leader to help ensure smooth operations on a permanent casual basis, contracted to 0 hours per week.

You will lead a frontline team, maintain quality standards, and access development opportunities within a company that invests in its people and recognises achievement. Training, wellbeing, and rewards are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment.
• Good communication skills with a focus on great customer service.
• Team player with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure while staying positive.

Responsibilities

• Ensure deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly.
• Supervise a team and foster a welcoming, supportive environment.
• Act as a responsible key holder.
• Assist with weekly bookwork and other duties as needed.
• Produce weekly rotas according to manager's guidelines.
• Place orders to maintain stock levels.
• Delegate tasks and keep the team proactive.
• Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety.

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Team Leader to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in CH&CO on a permanent casual basis, contracted to 0 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities may include:
