Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is seeking a dedicated Cafe Supervisor on a part-time basis in Slough to help ensure smooth operation across a major High Street venue. The role includes supervising a team, managing deliveries, stock orders, and weekly rotas, while upholding food hygiene and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have frontline supervisory experience, strong customer service, and a can-do attitude. This position offers opportunities for progression within Compass Group UK&I’s extensive UK

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly
• Supervising a team and creating a positive environment where the team feel welcomed and supported
• Being a responsible key holder
• Assisting with weekly bookwork and other duties as necessary
• Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines
• Placing orders for stock to maintain correct stock levels
• Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team are proactive at all times
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Cafe Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in a major High Street brand on a part time basis, contracted to 16 hours per week.
