Job summary

Compass Group UK&I in Pontypridd is seeking a part-time Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of operations for a major High Street brand. The role involves quality checks, team supervision, and acting as a key holder.

You will assist with weekly bookwork, rota planning, stock ordering, and maintaining food handling and health & safety standards, with progression opportunities in a company that values its people.

• Placing orders to maintain stock levels.
• Delegating tasks and ensuring proactive team performance.
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations.

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in a major High Street brand on a part time basis, contracted to 30 hours per week.

Your Key Responsibilities May Include

• Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly
• Supervising a team, creating a positive environment where the team feel welcomed and supported
• Being a responsible key holder
• Assisting with weekly bookwork and any other duties that are necessary
• Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines
• Placing orders for stock to maintain the correct stock levels
• Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team are proactive at all times
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations
