Job summary

Komplex Care in Sutton Coldfield is seeking a dedicated Team Leader to join our nurse-led, person-centred home care team. You will oversee care delivery for a client with complex needs, coordinating with an Operations Manager and Registered Nurse to ensure continuity and high standards.

We welcome compassionate leaders with Level 2/3 NVQ/QCF in health care. The role involves supporting daily living activities, including medication administration and personal care, in the client's home.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or 3 NVQ/QCF in health care is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support to a client with complex needs, under supervision of the team and aligned with care plans.
• Coordinate with the Operations Manager and Registered Nurse to ensure continuity and high standards of care.
• Lead and support carer teammates in daily activities and client-specific needs.

About the Role:
