Job summary

Carepoint Services Limited in Brighton is seeking a dedicated Team Leader (Community Homecare) to supervise our care team and ensure safe, person-centred support in clients' homes.

You will promote high care standards, perform quality checks, support staff, and help drive improvements while maintaining compassionate, client-focused service. This role offers flexible shifts across mornings, evenings and weekends in a community setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in health and social care or homecare.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, person-centred care and quality standards.
• Strong communication with clients, families and staff.
• Ability to work independently and organise workload.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate TEAM LEADER (COMMUNITY HOMECARE) to join our community-based homecare team in BRIGHTON.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and wants to help ensure our clients receive safe, person-centred and compassionate support in their own homes.

As a Team Leader (Community Homecare) you will work alongside our care team and management to promote excellent standards of care, identify areas for improvement and support colleagues to deliver the best possible outcomes for the people we support.

Key Responsibilities
