We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Team Leader (Community Homecare) to join our community-based homecare team in Brighton.

As a Team Leader (Community Homecare) you will work alongside our care team and management to promote excellent standards of care, identify areas for improvement and support colleagues to deliver the best possible outcomes for the people we support.
