Job summary

Carepoint-Services-Limited in Brighton is seeking a dedicated Team Leader (Community Homecare) to oversee compassionate, person-centred support delivered in clients' own homes. You will work with our care team and management to promote high standards, quality checks and continuous improvement.

The role requires strong communication with clients and families, organisational skills, and flexibility to cover mornings, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Caring, reliable and approachable.
• Passionate about quality and excellent care.
• Confident communicating with clients, families and care staff.
• Able to identify and address concerns professionally.
• Organised and able to work independently.
• Flexible and willing to work mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Experienced in health and social care or homecare.
• Knowledgeable about safeguarding and quality standards (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Promote high standards of care, dignity, respect and safeguarding.
• Carry out quality checks and provide constructive feedback to care staff.
• Support the monitoring of care plans and service delivery.
• Identify good practice and areas where improvements can be made.
• Work with carers to encourage consistent, person-centred care.
• Support clients and families to share feedback about their care.
• Report concerns promptly and work with management to resolve issues.
• Help ensure company policies, procedures and regulatory standards are followed.
• Contribute to a positive culture of continuous improvement.
