Job summary

Costa Coffee Glasgow is seeking a Team Leader to energise and support the shift team, drive service excellence and keep standards high during busy periods. The role is based at Costa Glasgow Uddingston RP, Bothwell Road, Glasgow.

You will train new Baristas, motivate the team, and respond with resourcefulness to every challenge while upholding Costa’s values and guest experience. Flexible shifts are offered to suit the store.
