Job summary

Costa Coffee in Scotland is seeking a proactive Team Leader to train and support Baristas, energise the team and uphold coffee excellence. The role requires reliability, accountability and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced store.

You will work closely with colleagues to maintain service standards, manage shifts, and adapt to busy periods with calm confidence. Prior experience as a team leader or willingness to step up is essential.
