Job summary

Costa Coffee in Edinburgh is seeking a Team Leader for 30 hours per week across 5 days, including weekends. You’ll lead shifts, train baristas and boost team energy and customer service. Flexibility and reliable leadership are essential; full training provided.

Retail experience is preferred but not required, with a location-specific role in St Andrew Square. Costa offers staff perks and a supportive store environment focused on great coffee and memorable moments.
