Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Team Leader in Faringdon, Oxfordshire to energise and support the store team from 04:30 to 21:00, seven days a week with two days off. You’ll train baristas, uphold coffee excellence and service standards, and adapt to changing demands to keep operations running smoothly.
