Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Team Leader for a 5 days per week role in the United Kingdom. Shifts start as early as 6:15am and end around 18:30pm with 4-week rotas for planning. Full training provided and must be 18+. Costa offers a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive team environment.

Ideal start by 11th October 2026. You will lead the team, ensure high standards of coffee service, and energise colleagues to deliver excellent customer experiences.

Team Leader - 5 days per week

Shift times will be a varied mix from starting at 6:15am and Finishing at 18:30pm with rotas 4 weeks in advance to allow for a good work life balance in planning. Candidates must be able to reach the store for these times.

No experience necessary as full training will be provided.
