Job summary

Moto Hospitality in Winchester is seeking a Supervisor to be the strong right hand to the Store Manager, taking the lead when needed and helping to keep the unit running smoothly and successfully every day.

The role focuses on enthusiastic leadership and acting as a brand ambassador while serving Greggs’ popular baked goods and refreshments, while upholding high standards and delivering exceptional service.

Supervisor

£30,000 per annum - 40 hours per week

As a Supervisor, you'll be the strong right hand to your Store Manager, taking the lead when needed and helping to keep the unit running smoothly and successfully every day.

The role is simple, to be an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador to work within the nation’s favourite bakery, serving up Greggs much loved sausage rolls, baked goods and refreshments whilst whilst delivering exceptional service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.

What you’ll bring to us:

• Previous experience leading or supervising teams ideally within retail, hospitality, catering, or customer service

• Great communication skills and be comfortable making decisions
• Ability to work on own initiative ad make reasoned decisions under pressure
