Job summary

Moto Hospitality in Thatcham is seeking a Supervisory leader to support the Store Manager, lead shifts and keep the unit running smoothly at Chieveley Services.

The role offers £28,850 per annum, 40 hours per week, with an annual bonus up to £3,445 and extensive development opportunities within the group.

As a brand ambassador for Greggs, you will ensure food safety, customer service excellence and a positive, high-energy team culture across busy trading periods.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading or supervising teams ideally within retail, hospitality, catering, or customer service
• Passion for delivering a memorable customer experience
• Great communication skills and be comfortable making decisions
• Ability to work on own initiative ad make reasoned decisions under pressure

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with confidence, ensuring smooth operations during busy trading periods
• Create a positive, high-energy culture where colleagues feel valued, supported, and empowered

Supervisor, £28,850 per annum, 40 hours per week Address: Chieveley Services, M4, Oxford Rd, Hermitage, Thatcham RG18 9XX As a Supervisor, you'll be the strong right hand to your Store Manager, taking the lead when needed and helping to keep the unit running smoothly and successfully every day. The role is simple, to be an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador to work within the nation’s favourite bakery, serving up Greggs much loved sausage rolls, baked goods and refreshments whilst whilst delivering exceptional service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.
